  • Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including features used and time spent
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP addresses (hashed for privacy), access times, and referring URLs
  • Chatbot Conversations: Messages exchanged between end-users and your chatbot (encrypted at rest)

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth Providers: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google
  • Payment Processor: Stripe provides us with transaction confirmations and billing status

You can configure message retention settings and request data deletion at any time.

  • AI Providers: OpenAI processes chatbot queries (messages are not used to train their models)
